1. Install the Bottom Puddle Flange with the provided kit onto the pipe riser.

2. Apply the bottom layer of the waterproofing membrane.

3. Mark, measure, and account for the base and cap "grate adaptor." Cut the Top Puddle Flange to the required bedding height.

4. Insert the Top Puddle Flange dropper into the Bottom Puddle Flange Base Kit.

5. Pack around and between the two Puddle Flanges with a structural bedding tile mix.

6. Install the top layer of the waterproofing membrane around the Top Puddle Flange as needed.

   
   

The double puddle flange is certified and approved to meet NCC requirements.

The high-quality ABS puddle flange features 8 fixing points, ensuring a secure attachment to any substrate flooring.

The triple weep holes efficiently drain and remove any moisture build-up around the double flange connection.

Available sizes: 100mm, 80mm, and 50mm PVC pipework.

The flange is also available with a lightweight push-in test plug, which prevents construction debris from entering the open drain.

The test plug makes water testing of the waterproofing system easier.
