The Wondercap Short Kit is a revolutionary shower drainage system designed to stop construction debris from entering and blocking drain pipes.

The Cast-In Short Kit is designed for use in rebated wet areas and shower bases. It is ideally suited for the top layers of waterproofing membranes.

Installation for Concrete Slabs:
Step 1:
The wet areas can achieve positive grades to the floor and shower drains by installing the top of the Wondercap Kit 10mm below the finished concrete slab height.
Make sure the Wondercap cap and foam ring are firmly in place prior to concrete pour.
Step 2:
The concrete can be pumped and poured in and around the wet areas as required.
The top of the Wondercap is used as a datum point to work the finished concrete to the top of the Wondercap Kit (drain)
The construction strong Wondercap Kit can be easily troweled over and finished with the concrete troweling helicopter..

Installation for Timber Floors & Cement Sheet Floors:
Set outs for Wondercap Kits:
Allow 140mm diameter hole for therebate area for the puddle flange
Allow 200mm diameter for the outsideedge of the puddle flange
Allow 3mm for the rebate for the puddleflange
Step 1:
Mark out the center locations for the shower and floor waste.
Step 2:
Cut the 140mm diameter hole for the rebate area.
Allow 200mm for the overall diameter of the puddle flange. Rebate 3mm to the outer edge of the puddle flange so the Wondercap Kit will fit flush with the floor.
Step 3:
Place the kit into the rebate and screw down flush with the floor.
Step 4:
Connect the below pipework accordingly.

The high-quality ABS puddle flange can be installed in rebated wet areas and showers, and is designed for installation in the 100mm PVC pipe riser only.
When installed as a "flush fitting puddle flange," the top of the flange provides a datum for the tiler to bed the tile bedding in the wet area and shower floor drains.
The flush fitting puddle flange ensures the minimum bedding depth at the floor and shower drain, while also accommodating the Tile Insert Grates, which help reduce the overall height of the tile bedding.
